The National Trade Day is a great opportunity for Independent Local Butchers to find out about new trends, equipment, and food products in the meat industry. The Trade Day proved very popular in Sydney in prior years with up to 100 exhibitors and 500 AMIC retail members in attendance. This is a "not to be missed" event that showcases information and products from key industry players, giving butchers access to new ideas and better ways of doing business. Exhibitor stands are specific to butchers' businesses.

The National Trade Day is a leading event in the meat industry that supports butchers' businesses. It is held around the country, alternating with Sydney every second year.

Exhibitors' Information

The National Trade Day is an opportunity to display and sell your products and services direct to the buyer. There are stalls available to cater to your requirements including electricity outlets for product demonstrations and food sampling. 2007

The 2007 National Trade Show is being held over two days in conjuction with the National Retail Conference on the Gold Coast in June.
