An exciting weekend program awaits the 30 State Sausage Kings who will convene at the Hilton Melbourne South Wharf Hotel on Friday February 3rd where they will gather for the National Sausage King Competition. 

First up is the traditional Meet and Greet function to be held at the Hilton Sotano Wine & Tapas Bar where competitors will meet their rivals for cocktails. Breakfast with the Butchers will follow the next morning at the aptly named Meat Market Restaurant.

The competition itself will be held on Saturday at the nearby Showtime Events Function Centre near the Southbank entertainment precinct. While the judging is taking place a trade show and apprentice competition will keep competitors and the public entertained. After the judging, a gala dinner will be held at Showtime and the winners will be announced.
