Congratulations to Franz Knoll for qualifying for AMIC's Sausage King Hall of Fame
AMIC is pleased to announce that Franz Knoll from Barossa Fine Foods will be inducted into the National Sausage King Hall of Fame having been a first place national winner in 1999, 2001 and 2017.

Franz and his wife Barbara started Barossa Fine Foods 26 years ago and today they maintain their smallgoods factory at Elizabeth West along with 12 retail stores. Franz has actually been working in the industry for a total of 45 years, starting out as an eight year old helping his father in his business.

Franz has been a member of the Smallgoods Council for a number of years and is now the Chairman of the National Smallgoods Council and a member of the AMIC Board. Barbara is a member of the South Australian Retail Council.
